They also think that the Apple Tablet will primarily be a unit for gaming. Flurry runs on thousands of applications around the globe and is able to measure data such as operating systems and locations. They also concluded that the 50 devices are using the not yet released iPhone OS 3.2 software which have all been geographically located on Apples main Cupertino campus. The Apple Tablet is said to be released on 27 January even though the company traced the devices since October last year. About 200 of the applications that Flurry is able to track were downloaded onto these devices. Of about 75% of the applications downloaded 150 fall into the gaming category with entertainment and lifestyle applications being the next most popular.
